✨ Release 191


With this release, additional attributes now support organisational section headings and a specific, validated Currency field type. User experience enhancements include a new Recent Choices logic, to keep frequently used items accessible and a transition to type-ahead search for large lists like Agencies and Job Titles

Finally, this release adds Spanish language support and delivers massive latency reductions in the Global Talent area, cutting load times significantly.

Section Headings

Admins can now configure the schema to group fields under specific headings (e.g., Document Specifications, Color, Dates) for better organisation.

Currency Field Support

  • A new "Currency" field type has been added. 
  • Includes validation to ensure only numeric values are entered; non-numeric input will trigger an error. 
  • Large numbers automatically format with commas/dots upon saving.

Flexible Schema Configuration

The system now supports three display modes -

  • Fields only (displayed alphabetically). 
  • Fields with defined order. 
  • Fields with defined order AND Section Headers.

"Recent Choices" Logic

In dropdown menus (starting with My Resources), the top 5 most recently selected items will now appear at the top of the list, separated by a divider line. Remaining items will be sorted alphabetically below the recent choices. 

 


👤 My Profile

Typeahead Search

Owning Agencies and Job Title fields in the "My Profile" area have been converted to type-ahead fields. Users must type at least 3 characters to load and search for records (replacing the previous long-list scroll).  

 


💼 My Briefs

Favourite Brief

Users can now mark their brief’s are favorite and save it using the save button, they can also apply the filter and sort functionality in the favorite column.

Faster performance, broader access
 

  • Global Talent Latency - Significant performance improvements in loading the Global Talent page. (e.g., load times reduced from ~15 seconds to under 3 seconds for large datasets).
  • Flyout Speed - Switching between users on the Talent page now renders the flyout almost instantly. 
  • Spanish Language Support: Added support for Spanish in v191.
