Chat-to-Brief: Talk Your Way to a New Brief

🧠  New in the OMG Command Centre

Creating and updating briefs just got way easier. Now you can talk to the OMG Command Centre using "@omg" like you would talk to a teammate. It’ll guide you through the process, prompt you for anything that’s missing, and double-check before submitting.

Step away mid-brief? No sweat. The system remembers where you left off so you can jump right back in.

What’s Next: Soon, you’ll be able to create and update briefs using only your chat history - no need to start from scratch. And we’re cooking up support for project and project plan creation straight from chat too (coming in Sprint 180!). 

Slipstream Briefs via API

⚡ Automated Brief Creation Without the UI

The backend now also supports creation of Slipstream briefs directly via the API - perfect for clients without frontend access. Upload a document, and the system intelligently pulls details from your primary assets to populate the brief for you.

Less clicking, more doing.

Group-Based Asset Controls

🧩  Asset Types, Tailored to Your Team

Admins now have the power to show or hide asset types by group. So teams only see what’s relevant to them. No more digging through a sea of options.

This is especially handy for knowledge documents in the library, limiting which asset types can be uploaded to the knowledge base. This ensures that users can upload only specific asset types allowed by the Admin, maintaining the integrity of the knowledge base, and is the first step toward smarter, more structured content management coming soon. 

RAG Category Tagging for Assets

Assets can now be tagged with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) categories, laying the groundwork for more powerful search capabilities and document similarity features, making it easier to find exactly what you're looking for.

You might not notice it right away, but trust us - this one’s a quiet game changer. 

Deliverables View Enhancements

🎥  Cleaned-Up Views, Focused on What Matters

• Fixed: The missing media section in "Video" sub-type deliverables is now available.
• Improved: The “Completed” tab now only shows deliverables with deadlines from the last 30 days and anything upcoming. That means less clutter and more relevance.
• Minor fix: The timer, when started, used to appear awkwardly between the AI and notifications icons. That’s fixed and now appears just to the left of all icons (before AI).

The platform is now fully translated into Chinese. To switch languages, just head over to 'My Profile' and pick your preference. Multilingual inclusivity for the win. 💪
