This release introduces significant improvements to the Slipstream area, along with enhancements across various other sections of the platform. From smarter brief searches and video processing to better control over brief ratings and change requests, these updates are designed to boost efficiency and improve your experience. Slipstream
 

🎮 Granular Heading Control
 

• A new "searchable" property in the brief schema lets you decide which headings appear in search results.
• Setting this property as "searchable": "0" for a heading in the schema hides it from search, giving you full control over which headings of a brief contribute to the Find Similar feature.
• When there is no "searchable" property set in the schema for a heading, it is considered to be searchable by default.
• You can do this in the Brief Schema as well as under Asset types for Brief Modules under Site Admin.

👯 Enhanced Find Similar Functionality
 

• The Find Similar feature has evolved from a simple button into a powerful dropdown menu, allowing you to search for similar briefs based on specific headings. 
• The system uses values from the current brief to find matches within briefs that contain the selected heading’s properties.
• This improvement is powered by a new searchable property added to headings for more precise searches. 

🎬 Video Support Added
 

• Slipstream now supports video files, extracting text from video content and seamlessly integrating it into existing headings-based processing and features like Find Similar and Chat to Brief.
• Shorter videos (tested up to two minutes) are fully supported, with longer videos expected to perform similarly.

Streamlined Brief Submission
 

⏭️ "Skip" Option for Brief Rating
 

• A new Skip button lets you bypass the brief rating process if needed.
• The X button now acts as Cancel - undoing any Rating action, allowing you to go back and reassess the brief before submitting a more accurate rating. 

✏️ Improved Brief Change Request Workflow
 

• Once a brief moves from Change Request in Progress to Change Requested, all the fields including General Information and Brief Details are locked, and the brief becomes read-only. 
• The only actions permitted from here are to either Accept or Reject the Brief to make any edits again. This prevents any accidental alterations to Clients' briefs outside of the Client’s control.

Skills Matrix
 

🆑 Easier Clearing of Selected Skills
 

• In the Skills matrix, when you select a radio button against Novice, Proficient or Expert, you can now choose to uncheck the radio button by simply clicking on CLEAR. 
• This Clear option will only appear to the left of the Radio buttons when you hover over the particular row for that Skill.

Purchase Budget Enhancements
 

🔎 Faster & Smarter Service Line Search & Selection
 

• The Service Line dropdown now features a type-ahead search, making selection faster and more intuitive.
• You can find values based on partial matches, ensuring a smoother experience consistent with other areas of OMG.

Assets List View Improvements
 

👓 Better Readability with Text Wrapping
 

• The description field in the Assets List View now supports text wrapping, preventing data truncation.
• The table layout has been optimized to consume the entire page height, improving readability and usability.

Agency MDM Improvements
 

⚖️ Automatic Legal Entity Assignment for New Agencies
 

• When creating a new agency in the Agency MDM area, a default Legal Entity will now be automatically assigned, resolving past inconsistencies.
