Accessing OMG

Registering for an account

Once you have received your log in details, go to the correct OMG website to log in.

Every client has their own instance of OMG. The link you use to access OMG will differ based on which client you are working for, or if you work in client services. Please check with your line manager to obtain the relevant link so that you can request OMG account access.

To access the platform, log in with your email and password and click ‘Sign in’. If you haven’t been granted access, you will need to submit a ‘New user request’ form via the link on the login page.

Once submitted, it’ll take up to 24 hours for your account to be setup and you’ll receive a welcome email to set your password.

You will need the following information to be able to request an account:

  • Email address
  • Job title
  • Employment entity (Legal entity)
  • Owning agency
  • Agency location
  • Which clients you will be working with
  • Email address of your line manager or team lead

Note: Do not try to guess the details as you might set up your account incorrectly.

Resetting your password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can manually reset your password by submitting a ‘Forgotten password’ request via the login page.

Simply enter your email address (ensure that’s the one you used to register) and follow the instructions. You’ll get an email to confirm it’s you with steps to proceed.

Note: you cannot use the same previous password and it must consist at least one uppercase, lowercase, numeric and special character.

Browser support

The platform works in multiple browsers and you should not experience any issues using any of the following assuming they are relatively up to date

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 10+ (PC)
  • Microsoft Edge (PC)
  • Safari (Mac)
  • Google Chrome (Mac & PC)
  • Firefox (Mac & PC)
