Using 'Notes'

Reviewing and adding ‘Notes’

  • Click ‘Notes’ in the left navigation
  • Add a new note by typing in the notes field and clicking ‘Add’
    Note: You can save a note by hitting ‘CTRL’ + ‘Enter’ on a PC or ‘Command’ + ‘Enter’ on a Mac
  • You can reply to a previous note by clicking ‘Reply’ and entering your note

Using @mentions to tag a user

  • When adding a note you can type ‘@’ and start typing a users name. You will be prompted to select from matching names.
  • Click the name you want to add and continue typing your note.

When your note is added, the user you @mentioned will receive an email to let them know you tagged them, with a link back to the ‘Notes’ section
