Hints and Tips
Keyboard shortcuts
When you’re creating or editing some items, you can save the page by clicking ‘CTRL’ & ‘Enter’ on a PC or ‘CMD’ & ‘Enter’ on a Mac rather than having to click the ‘Save’ button.

Templates
The Template function allows you to take an existing item and save it as a template which you can re-use later. This help when setting up projects, task list, deliverables, line items etc.
In a Campaign, Project, Deliverable or Line item Stage, look into the ‘Actions’ menu and you will see the option to ‘Save as template’ or ‘Apply template’. See below for what’s included in templates.
Some templates will ask you for an Agency before creating, and when applying can only be applied to projects and deliverables for the relevant agency. This is due to the links to rate cards etc.
| Module/Feature | What’s included |
| Campaigns and Projects | * Billing details * Tasks (from the ‘Plans and Tasks’ area) * Deliverables * Includes the deliverable details and all stages and line items |
| Deliverables | * Deliverable details (deliverable type etc) * Stages * Line items |
| Deliverable stages | * Stage name * Line items |
Duplicating a Deliverable
When you have an existing deliverable, you can duplicate it to quickly create a new one. It will copy all the details, stages, lines items etc. All you need to do is provide a new name for the deliverable.
Copying a deliverable to another project or campaign
Similar to the above process, this allows you to copy an existing deliverable from one project to another to save time creating something new.
Resourcing at deliverable level
Rather than having to resource at a Task level, you can now resource your team against a Deliverable. This allows you to schedule their time in advance of needing a full breakdown of work.
Your team will still need to log their time on the line items, so you do still need to add these lie items at some point.
User Avatars/Images
You can add an image to your user profile by clicking the avatar icon in the top right and selecting ‘My profile’, then clicking ‘Upload avatar’.
Your image will now appear in the ‘People’ sections when you are added to items.
Quick launch to your Video meeting URL
You can add your personal meeting URL to your user profile by clicking the avatar icon in the top right and selecting ‘My profile’, then adding the URL to the ‘Conference URL’ field.
Once you have done this, you will see a small camera icon in the main menu bar at the top right of the page. Click this and a new browser tab will load and trigger your Conference service.
