Global talent

The Global Talent feature allows us to see all the talent we have across the Inside Ideas Group, filter by name, role, type and view their availability

Viewing & finding talent

• Navigate to ‘My OMG’ -> ‘Global talent’.
• Use the filters on the left to build your search criteria. This includes:
  • Agency – The Agency the talent belongs to
  • Job role – The role assigned to this talent
  • Type – The employment status of the talent (FTE, FTC etc)
  • Skills – The skills the talent has (you can add multiple skills to your search)
• Click ‘Apply filter’ to run your search.

Validating talent

• From the search results, you can click the ‘i’ icon on the right to view more details for each talent.
• This will display their details as well as all the skills they have.

Utilising talent

If you have permission to do so, you will be able to schedule the talent from your search against your deliverables.

• Select one or more talent from yo search results by ticking the checkbox on the left.
• Click ‘Schedule’ from the top right.
• This will take you through to the schedule view where you can allocate work as required.
