This release focuses on improving usability and control across key workflows, particularly in asset selection, task management, and deliverable handling. Updates like single-select creative execution, bulk asset actions, and cut-and-paste for line items help reduce errors and speed up everyday tasks. Enhanced search clarity, new filtering options, and safeguards for completed projects further ensure a smoother, more consistent user experience across the platform.
 

🔍 Activation Calendar

Creative Execution Selection 📈

We've changed creative execution asset selection from multi-select checkboxes to single-select radio buttons. Users can now only select one image at a time, preventing data conflicts. Additionally we've added informative messaging when search returns no results - empty search results now display clear user feedback.

⭐️ Planning

Bulk actions for Assets

We've added "Select All" checkbox functionality in the Assets area - users can now select all assets at once for batch operations. It also supports bulk download and push to library actions.

Plans & Tasks ✅

This release also includes addition of a "Number" column in the Plans & Tasks List view to display planning item identifiers. This shows assigned numbers for Planning Items and Activation Calendar items (Milestones and Tasks display "Not Available" as they don't use numbering). These number links are clickable and open the items in new window. Additionally, Columns can be shown/hidden via column header in the list view.

Briefs and Deliverables

We've changed the search label from "Deep" to "All" for clarity. Hovering over the label also displays a tooltip text to clarify how the search works and what results it includes.

📑 Deliverables

Line Items

Line items can now be moved between stages quite smoothly, using cut and paste. Users can right-click the Line item to see the context menu that enables cut and paste operations.

Agency Filters ✅

We have added filtering capability for "Owning Agency" and "Producing Agency" columns. It also supports multiple agency selection and a type-ahead search functionality.

Deliverables from Completed Projects are Locked 🔒

We've added validation to prevent editing deliverables that belong to completed projects. Editing or updating a deliverable that belongs to a completed project displays a warning message, and no changes can be made. Users can view these completed deliverables and their projects, but cannot modify anything in them.
