Key updates this release ✨

This release focuses on delivering a smoother, more consistent user experience across the platform. With a revamped file upload flow, expanded booking windows for global teams, and enhanced grid capabilities, everyday tasks are now faster and more intuitive. Key improvements like WBS numbering, better validation and error messaging, and smarter handling of completed projects help reduce friction and keep your workflows clear, accurate, and reliable.

🔍 General UI Enhancements

Enhancement 🔧

Unified Drag-and-Drop Upload Modal

We have completely revamped the file upload interface across all library asset areas (including Deliverable Assets, Planning Assets, and Briefs).

  • Users can now easily drag-and-drop multiple files or use the browse button.
  • The modal displays supported file extensions and provides real-time upload status.
  • Users can easily delete individual files or clear all uploaded files at once directly from the modal.

Enhancement 🔧

Profile Avatar Management ✅

Users can now easily remove their profile picture. Hovering over your avatar in the "My Profile" area reveals a new "Remove Picture" option, which will automatically revert your display picture back to your system-generated initials.

🔍 My Resources & Capacity Planning

Enhancement 🔧

Expanded 16-Hour Booking Window

To better accommodate teams working across different time zones, the daily resource view has been extended to a 16-hour window (e.g., 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM). Users can seamlessly view and create bookings—including in non-working time blocks—without needing to toggle to a 24-hour view.

New 🤩

Synchronized Scrolling

We’ve introduced a new "Toggle Vertical Scroll Sync" option. When enabled, scrolling in the List View will automatically sync and scroll the Capacity View alongside it. Your preference for this toggle is automatically saved in the Layout Manager for future sessions.

Enhancement 🔧

Enhanced Grid Filtering & Sorting

The Capacity View now supports robust sorting and filtering options. Users can quickly filter resources by User Name, Role, Resource Agency, and Job Role Group, functioning exactly like our standard grid views.

Enhancement 🔧

Unified Toolbars

Top navigation toolbars are now consistently displayed and fully functional across both the List View and Capacity View.

Enhancement 🔧

Zero-Hour Booking Prevention

To ensure cleaner data, users are no longer permitted to save a booking with zero hours. Attempting to do so will now display a clear validation error requiring a duration greater than zero.

🔍 Project Planning & Task Management

Enhancement 🔧

Work Breakdown Structure

A highly requested WBS column is now available in Plans and Tasks. When enabled, it displays hierarchical numbering for parent and sub-tasks (e.g., 1, 1.1, 1.2.1). The numbering updates dynamically if tasks are dragged and dropped into a new order.

Enhancement 🔧

Quick "Cancel Project" Action

We’ve introduced a new "Toggle Vertical Scroll Sync" option. When enabled, scrolling in the List View will automatically sync and scroll the Capacity View alongside it. Your preference for this toggle is automatically saved in the Layout Manager for future sessions.

Enhancement 🔧

Intelligent Project Name Truncation

Fixed an issue where child campaigns were unreadable if the parent project had a very long name. Long parent names are now smartly truncated at the end, ensuring child campaign details (name, type, number, and title) remain clearly visible.

Enhancement 🔧

Locked Editing for Completed Projects

In the Planning area, attempting to edit line items in the "Completed" tab previously resulted in an undefined error. This has been fixed; fields are now properly locked, and clicking them displays a user-friendly message stating that the project is logged and no further changes can be made.

🔍 Deliverables & Outputs

Enhancement 🔧

Quantity Field Limits

Added a validation check to the Quantity field in Deliverable Outputs. Users are now limited to entering a maximum of 10 digits, preventing save errors associated with overly large numbers.

Enhancement 🔧

Improved Flyout Error Messaging

Clearing mandatory fields (like Title or Date) in the Deliverables list view flyout will no longer result in a generic "undefined" error. The system now accurately highlights the specific missing fields required to save the record.
