# Using 'Notes'

### **Reviewing and adding ‘Notes’**

-   Click **‘Notes’** in the left navigation
-   Add a new note by typing in the notes field and clicking **‘Add’**  
    *Note: You can save a note by hitting ‘CTRL’ + ‘Enter’ on a PC or ‘Command’ + ‘Enter’ on a Mac*
-   You can reply to a previous note by clicking **‘Reply’** and entering your note

### **Using @mentions to tag a user**

-   When adding a note you can type ‘@’ and start typing a users name. You will be prompted to select from matching names.
-   Click the name you want to add and continue typing your note.

When your note is added, the user you @mentioned will receive an email to let them know you tagged them, with a link back to the ‘Notes’ section
