# Publishing content

There are two ways to publish content. You can take content already added to a Brief, Project or deliverable and ‘Publish’, or you can upload directly into the ‘Library’

### **Uploading to the Library**

You can upload any type of asset you want to the Library at any time and specify which audience it should appear to.

- Navigate to the **‘Library’**
- Click **‘Upload’** and select the relevant asset type
- Drag and drop the files you want to upload into the popup
- Click **‘Start upload’**
- You will see a progress indicator running. When complete the popup will close and you will see your newly uploaded assets

> *It may take a minute or two to get thumbnails for larger files like videos*

- When your assets first appear, they will be in your **‘Private’** space which means **only you can see them**.
- Select one or more assets you wish to publish to a wider audience by ticking the checkbox under each asset.
- Go to the actions menu in the top right and select **‘Spaces’** in the **‘Edit’** section.
- Choose the relevant **‘Spaces’** you want to publish the asset(s) to and click **‘Save’**.
- The assets will now be available to anyone with access to those **‘Spaces’**.

### **Publishing existing assets**

- Navigate to the item you want to publish.
- Click on the ellipses icon.
- Select **‘Publish to Library’**.
- Select the type of asset you want to publish this asset as.
- Add the **‘Spaces’** where you want this asset published.
- Click **‘Publish‘**.
- The asset is now published to the relevant audience.

### **Publishing multiple existing assets**

You can publish multiple assets at once if required

- Select the assets you want to publish by ticking the checkbox under each asset.
- Go to the actions menu in the top right and select **‘Publish** **to Library’**
- Follow the rest of the process above.
