# Assets on a deliverable

### **Viewing assets**

-   Click **‘Deliverable assets’** in the left navigation
-   You will see all the assets and folders added to the item so far
-   Thumbnails will display a visual of the asset
-   Click on the thumbnail to view the asset in more detail

### **Adding assets**

-   Click **‘Upload’** and select the relevant asset type
-   Drag and drop the files you want to upload into the popup
-   Click **‘Start upload’**
-   You will see a progress indicator running. When complete the popup will close and you will see your newly uploaded assets

> *It may take a minute or two to get thumbnails for larger files like videos*

### **Creating Folders**

-   Click **‘New folder’** and type a name for the folder
-   The page will refresh and you will see a new folder icon
-   Click into the folder to upload assets as required
